Our Work
We support Oregon’s K-12 educators in developing literacy systems that are inclusive, research-aligned, and built to last. Grounded in the state’s Early Literacy and Adolescent Literacy Frameworks, our workshops and coaching guide educators in implementing effective strategies that improve outcomes for all learners—especially those historically underserved.
We work with districts and Education Service Districts to:

Workshops
Full-day and multi-day workshops aligned to Oregon’s Early Literacy and Adolescent Literacy Frameworks. Themes include:
